We gladly accept your returns or exchanges on new items with tags attached within 45 days of delivery.
Please be sure to return the item in the same condition it was received, i.e. must not show any signs of wear with all packaging and tags attached.
To ensure that your boots and shoes don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots.
Boots and shoes may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and are in as-new condition.
Boot and shoe boxes may not be returned with tape or any other shipping labels on them, doing so will result in a restocking fee.
Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur purchasing or returning an item.
