Refund policy

We gladly accept your returns or exchanges on new items with tags attached within 30 days except for Final Sale items.  

Final Sale items are store credit only within 15 days of receipt.

Please be sure to return the item in the same condition it was received, i.e. must not show any signs of wear with all packaging and tags attached.

Boots and shoes may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and are in as-new condition. To ensure that your boots and shoes don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots.

Boot and shoe boxes may not be returned with tape or any other shipping labels on them, doing so will result in a restocking fee.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund or reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur purchasing or returning an item.

We try to process all returns and exchanges within 5 business days (Monday-Friday) from day received and refunds may take an additional 2-3 business days to post to the payment account after you receive the refund notification from us.

International Orders Please note that duties and import taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable. These charges are collected by the destination country's customs authority and cannot be recovered by Wiseman's Western
